TOP 10 BIGGEST BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1) NO BREAKFAST
breakfast is without no doubt the most important one. My mum always get mad at me because of this haha..cause i always skipped breakfast and go straight to brunch haha..but, at last, it serves me rite when i fainted at the kenduri for skipping my breakfast.haha padan muka..insaf2 :D

2)OVER-EATING
not me obviously haha

3)SMOKING
nope

4)HIGH SUGAR CONSUMPTION
i am no sweet tooth luckily :)

5)AIR POLLUTION
yaa it happened everywhere huhu

6)SLEEP DEPRIVATION
never haha

7)HEAD COVERED WHILE SLEEPING
ya..this is because, since we exhale CO2 if our head is covered therefore we will inhale that CO2 back..and this will cause several damage to our brain

8)WORKING UR BRAIN DURING ILLNESS
hahahahha always deng..it kind of depressing u know..especially during final exam..stress!

9)LACK IN SIMULATING THOUGHTS
hahaha maybe..need to do a LOT of reading

10)TALKING RARELY
