PHD IS HARD GUYS

Baru tau ke? hahahahahahhahaha

I went into this without having heard or read anything relating to how hard it would be. Maybe at that time I was being very optimistic/taking things easy or maybe just dumb hahahahahahahaha

Or maybe because I came from a coursework background so this full-mode research is hard for me? Maybe. But nevertheless, if you ever want to pursue ur phd please know ur BIG WHY.



WHY u want to do this?

WHY and how big the impact it would be to you and those surrounding you.

Because phd is a long journey and often times you will feel discouraged. At least for me it was. Often times I feel like giving up but it's not in my nature to give up. I have never given up on anything up until this point of my life. But I do feel discouraged at times, no motivation and all. Research is complex it does not rely on you only it involves different external factors; especially if you are doing experimental works. The issues would be money and equipments. When you have money but the equipment for analysing your sample is broken. Or when you have the slot for the analysis but you don't have money. I know life is hard 😂

But, I'm picking myself up at this point. Just got some motivation to start again hahaha. Wish me luck guys!

Covid-19

All of us were taken aback by this pandemic. 

All of us were affected by this.

What's sadder is we are approaching Eidul Fitri.

The sad part is not only that we cannot go back to our hometown and see our parents, it's more than that.

It's been months I haven't go back to my hometown. Last it was last year December. And the saddest part is my parents will be on their own this Raya 😢

But with all being said, we haven't won yet. So this is the sacrifices we need to make. Be strong everyone. May we always be protected and may there be light at the end of the tunnel.
